I was wondering, what's a good race weight for a track sprinter? I'm a 19 year old Cat 2 cyclist who competes at T-Town. My strongest events are match sprints and the kilo, I have yet to do a keirin.
Last year I medaled at collegiate track nationals and junior nats at a race weight of 168 lbs. and now I'm 175 lbs at 5'11". Am I underweight?
Also, any advice on how to get my squat up? Right now my 1RM is 315 lbs. on a good day and I have a 24" vertical jump.

於是在沒有什麼熱身的情況下,找了社辦外頭的牆壁,舉起右手看好指尖所及之處。然後屈膝下蹲,傾全力往上一蹦!
趕快拿了捲尺來量...哇嘿!我跳出了超過22台吋...大約等於67公分。一台吋約是3公分...相對而言,一英寸等於2.54公分。
我的爆發力跟美國二級業餘車手一樣好!
